1. Quotations and Orders1.1. All quotations provided are valid for [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issue. 1.2. A signed acceptance of the quotation and payment of a [e.g., 50%] deposit are required to confirm an order. The deposit is non-refundable once materials have been ordered

 

.2. Prices and Payment2.1. The total price includes the supply of the door, all necessary hardware, and the fitting service as detailed in the quotation. Any additional work or materials requested after the quotation has been accepted will be subject to a separate charge. 2.2. The outstanding balance is due upon completion of the fitting and your satisfaction with the work. Payment can be made by [e.g., bank transfer, card, cash]

 

.3. Delivery and Delays 3.1. We will provide an estimated timeframe for the delivery and fitting of your door. This is an estimate only and is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as material shortages or logistical issues. 3.2. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible if a delay occurs and provide a revised schedule. 3.3.Sussex Door Solutions are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by the customer as a direct result of delays outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or adverse weather conditions.

 

4. Fitting and Installation4.1. The customer is responsible for ensuring the fitting area is clear and accessible on the agreed-upon date. 4.2. We will take reasonable care during the installation process. However, some minor damage to surrounding plaster or brickwork may occur, and this is considered standard wear and tear for this type of work. 4.3. The fitting includes the removal and disposal of the old door.

5.1. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so in writing. 5.2. If the cancellation is made after materials have been ordered, the deposit will be non-refundable to cover our costs.
