Jack did an amazing job replacing my front door and the two full height glazed panels next to it. Jack was really helpful suggesting options as I wanted a slightly different layout of glass / door. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, or to recommend them to someone else!

Amazing service! Any questions I had Jack replied within minutes, even as late as 9pm sometimes! Fitting was a breeze very friendly and efficient, I wouldn't hesitate to have them back in the future.
Excellent door fitted by experienced and very efficient door fitters. They were on time, very tidy, completed job in specified time, cleared up after themselves extremely well. Jack was amazing when he came to visit and measure up the door. He was able to explain everything door related to us - security, look and locks etc.
We recieved our quote by the evening and there was no pressure to agree to the door. When we decided to go ahead, Jack ordered the door and we received an install date ASAP.
From inital emailing to the installation of the door was around 1 month.

Great company to work with when selecting our front door . No pushy salesmanship and just provided all the information and choices to make with explanations. Jack was very patient during the whole process and waited for us to make the decision. Would highly recommend Sussex Doors . We ended up with a front door better than we had imaged. Quality fitter,a friendly face and excellent workmanship. We subsequently asked to change the type of locking system which was not the exact type we had initially asked for. Factory seems to have overlooked . Nothing major and Jack came to the rescue and didnt rest until he got the barrel replacement to suit our locking mechanism. Great after sales and Ll done in a few days. Excellent people and service at the right price
